BubbleLayer pulls live cryptocurrency price and market data from CoinGecko and Binance. The Fear & Greed Index is sourced from alternative.me.

How often is the data updated?

Most data updates in real time via WebSocket streams from Binance and frequent polling of CoinGecko. The Fear & Greed Index refreshes approximately every 10 minutes.

What does the size and color of each bubble mean?

The size of each bubble corresponds to the coin's market capitalization — bigger bubble means bigger market cap. The color represents the price change over the selected timeframe: green for gainers and red for losers, with the brightness indicating the magnitude of the change.
